The real risk is solving the wrong problem: training is recommended when a workflow fix, job aid or process change would be better, or the wrong instructional framework is chosen. Starting with slides wastes time and produces learning that doesn't stick.

IDA (Instructional Design Agent) is a learning strategy and blueprint engine. It analyses discovery input, decides whether training is actually appropriate, classifies the performance problem, selects the best-fit instructional framework, justifies the recommendation in plain English, and produces a structured, tool-agnostic strategy blueprint. It is designed for human oversight, it amplifies professional judgement rather than replacing it.
